I don't speak or read Dutch!
No problem, we're going to help you! You should be able to find what you're looking for with our easy-to-use parts navigator and the help of Google translate: e.g. "brandstofpomp" - "fuel pump". We've tried it and for now it should suffice. Hit the button left under the photo of the part you're interested in: "Heb je een vraag, click here" and contact us for shipping and payment details.
ps. We've been around for quite a while (28 years) and have shipped abroad many times.
When Will I receive my order?
Our packages are picked up daily (except Sat/Sun) by Parcel. If you have placed your order BEFORE 15.00 hours, it will be delivered within 2 working days.
What do the different quality codes mean?
The most common quality description is "1G", which stands for"used". This means that the part shows signs of wear that you would expect with normal use. In addition, we have different codes for specific damage such as; cracks, dents, broken pieces, etc. On the pictures we clearly show what damage the part has and behind “description " we add additional information if necessary. If you are interested in a part and want to know more, you can always contact us.
How long will it take for me to get a response to my question?
We try to respond to your response as soon as possible. At least within 2 days.
There is no price for the product I am interested in?
That's right, send us an email or give us a call so we can give you a price. Because new parts are being disassembled every time, it can happen that the prices have not yet been adjusted.
How can I return my item?
By sending it back. Please note, If you send the item back because we made a mistake, you will not pay any shipping costs. If you ordered something wrong or you don't need the item anyway, you pay the shipping costs yourself. We will refund your money, in accordance with our general terms and conditions, within 14 days. Please note, These are deadlines, we ourselves do not like to wait long so you can count on us to refund your money as soon as possible.
Can I pick up my ordered parts?
Yes. Fun! We are open from Tuesday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and on Saturday we are open from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. We are located at Ambachtstraat 2 in de Lutte.
What are your opening hours?
We are open from Tuesday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. On Saturday we are open from 9.00 to 16.00.
Nice logo, but I want to see a picture of the part?!
You are absolutely right! Send us an email or give us a call. Some parts do not yet have a picture or they are difficult to photograph such as a stator, rotor, gearbox etc. We then prefer to leave the engine block in tact. If you are interested in a specific part, please contact us, thank you.
What are your shipping costs?
We charge up to 10kilo € 7,95 shipping costs , 10 to 30 kilos € 14,25 and sending a motor block costs € 67,50. (Netherlands)
